Kristen Arrojo

Ms. Arrojo joined Foster-Morales, PLLC in 2023. Most recently, Ms. Arrojo was an associate at a national firm that represents both corporations and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes and class action cases in New York and across the U.S. where she had the opportunity to refine her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills alongside nationally acclaimed attorneys. Prior to that endeavor, Ms. Arrojo worked for one of the largest defense litigation law firms in Florida, handling first-party property insurance claims where she was tasked with devising litigation plans for complex coverage matters, managing discovery and depositions, and regularly representing clients at court appearances and mediations.

Ms. Arrojo earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as president of the Association of Business Law Students. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Arrojo served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ari Porth of the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida in addition to clerking for a boutique Labor and Employment law firm. Ms. Arrojo graduated from Florida International University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

Ms. Arrojo is admitted to the Florida State Bar, the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the US District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

Ms. Arrojo is fluent in Spanish.
