Jessica Satinoff began her legal career at Foster-Morales Sockel-Stone in 2016 upon graduating magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Satinoff practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Marcia B. Caballero of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit and as a summer associate at a national full-service law firm.
During law school, Ms. Satinoff represented indigent clients in family court as a Certified Legal Intern before the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She also served as the Executive Comments Editor of the FIU Law Review, where she supervised the writing, editing, and publishing of all law review staff members’ comments. Her comment, which analyzed the issue of sexual orientation discrimination during jury selection, was published in the FIU Law Review. Ms. Satinoff earned book awards in Criminal Law, International Litigation, and Legal Skills and Values III. She also assisted incoming law students navigate the first year of law school through FIU Law’s peer mentor program.
Prior to law school, Ms. Satinoff attended the University of Central Florida where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While studying at UCF, she dedicated her time to various service projects in the community through the LEAD Scholars Academy.
Ms. Satinoff is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Dade County Bar Association. She is also trained in Mental Health First Aid. Ms. Satinoff speaks fluent Spanish.
